Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about ordering, payment, delivery and returns.

Shopping information

How do I place an order?

Choose your piece, select your size and colour, and tap “Add to bag”. When you’re ready, open your bag and continue to checkout. Once your payment goes through, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes it easier to see your past orders.

How do I find my size?

Each product page lists the available sizes. Our pieces follow standard EU sizing; if you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Not sure? Write to us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] before ordering and we’ll help.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We photograph every piece as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Payment & delivery

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. The options available to you are shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We deliver to all countries in the European Union. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, and delivery then usually takes 7–15 business days. During sales and the holiday season it can take a few days longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over €100. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Our pieces ship directly from our partner fulfilment centres, most of them in China. Depending on your country, a parcel may be subject to import VAT or handling fees from the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first update.

Orders & returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full process.

How do I start a return?

Email us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll confirm your return and send you the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered.

When will I get my refund?

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the item has arrived back with us, or until you send us proof that you’ve shipped it, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

We’re sorry. Email us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

How can I reach you?

Use our customer support form or write to us at [EMAIL ADDRESS]. We reply within 1–2 business days.
